In making our selections, the Nominating Committee carefully considered a variety of factors, including each candidate's demonstrated leadership experience, commitment to the mission and values of CAMSS, and dedication to supporting and advancing the Medical Staff Services profession.

Below are the candidates' personal statements outlining the goals they hope to achieve through their service on the CAMSS Board.

Serving on the CAMSS Board has been a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a profession for which I am deeply passionate. As I continue my involvement with CAMSS, my primary goals are to share knowledge, learn from others, and support the professional growth of our members. Throughout my healthcare career, I have benefited greatly from the mentorship, expertise, and experiences of colleagues and leaders in Medical Staff Services. One of CAMSS's greatest strengths is its ability to bring professionals together to exchange ideas, best practices, and innovative solutions to the challenges we face. I am committed to fostering collaboration, meaningful connections, and the sharing of knowledge across our membership. I also recognize that leadership is a continuous learning journey. Serving on the Board provides an invaluable opportunity to learn from the diverse experiences and perspectives of fellow Board members and Medical Staff Services professionals across Colorado. Through collaboration, education, and service, I hope to help strengthen member engagement, encourage professional development, and contribute to an environment where professionals feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed.

If elected as Communications Coordinator, my primary goals would be to strengthen member engagement, expand professional development opportunities, and enhance communication strategies that support the long-term growth and sustainability of CAMSS.

I would seek to leverage technology and modern communication practices to ensure members have timely access to educational opportunities, resources, and networking events. I would also promote educational programming that supports certification, leadership development, and career advancement. Additionally, I would work to increase member engagement, foster professional relationships, and encourage mentorship opportunities throughout our organization. Serving on the Board would be both an opportunity to give back to a profession that has provided me with tremendous personal and professional growth and a responsibility to help shape the future of Medical Staff Services in Colorado through advocacy, education, mentorship, and leadership.

I am interested in serving on the CAMSS Board because I am passionate about supporting and advancing the Medical Staff Services profession. My goal is to strengthen member engagement by fostering meaningful connections, promoting professional development, and ensuring members have access to valuable educational and networking opportunities. I believe CAMSS plays an important role in supporting professionals at every stage of their careers, and I would like to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. I am also committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of Medical Staff Services professionals by sharing knowledge, encouraging collaboration, and helping others navigate the challenges of our field.

Through my service on the Board, I hope to contribute my leadership, organizational skills, and industry experience to support CAMSS's mission, enhance member value, and ensure the organization remains a strong and sustainable resource for years to come.
